After your appointment as the Governor of this land, people’s lives are in your hands. You must fulfill the Emperor’s wish and bring prosperity to the city. Making decisions is no funny business; as there are more people, your citizens’ needs grow bigger. As the governor, you must deliver their requests or face unhappy residents.
Create efficient production chains and provide for your city. The infrastructure prepared for your city will run everything smoothly. Seek out perfect spots to extract natural resources and place your food production on the ideal plot of land. If you succeed in planning everything out, even the most catastrophic weather conditions and harshest winters won’t be able to destroy your city.
